When you look up the definition of Versatility you get a few different versions:

A. Having a wide variety of skills or the ability to change easily or to be used for a different purpose

B. The property of being versatile or having many different abilities; flexibility

C. Ability to adapt or be adapted to many different functions or activities.

When you think of building components and the versatility needed in this industry, precast concrete is the material of choice.  Precast concrete is available in practically any color, form and texture.  It can also be veneered with other traditional building materials such as brick, granite, limestone and more.  This provides the look and feel of these materials while adding all the benefits of precast concrete.

One thing that you might not think about when designing your next building is the possibility of having to move it in the future.  Recently Wells received a call from a building owner wondering if the total precast concrete structure that was installed in 2009 could be taken down and moved to another location within their manufacturing grounds and reinstalled.  After visiting the site and meeting with owner, Wells was able to develop a site logistic plan to ultimately meet the owner’s needs.

In the fast-tract manufacturing and construction world we live in today, change is inevitable and Wells prides itself on our ability to be flexible and adapt – oh the definition of versatility.
