James R. Voss
President & General ManagerJim founded JVI in November 1980, and has been "Livin‘ the Dream" ever since.
Joe Voss
National Sales ManagerJoe and his wife Amy live in Lincolnwood, Illinois with their sons Danny and Tanner, and their dog Lola. In his spare time, Joe loves to ski, fish, cook, and see live music. He also helps coach his son’s various sports teams depending on the season.
Charles Magnesio
Senior VP of Engineering & Tech Marketing, FPCIChuck has been at JVI since early 1996, when he started out as an engineer. An avid skier, Chuck has had both of his knees replaced but this has not stopped him for reaching speeds in excess of 60 mph on the slopes. He's a Red Sox fan, with love for the New England Patriots and Notre Dame. Aside from skiing, he enjoys spending his weekends golfing, cooking and working out.
Heidi Ziemann, PE (CO)
Chief EngineerHeidi is our Chief Engineer. She started at JVI in November 2013. Most people don't know she loves Neil Diamond; and has seen him in concert at least ten times! Skiing is her favorite activity and dedicates her weekends to this sport as often as she can.
Nilda Gomez
Administrative supervisorNilda started out in our Sales department in 2001 and in 2014 she transferred to Administration. She loves to collect old coins and bills as a hobby and is not a big fan of competitive sports. Nilda likes to spend her spare time walking in the forest preserve, or visiting museums with her family.
Todd Adams
Sales Manager - Midwest & West RegionsTodd started at JVI in 1994, in Midwest and West Coast sales. He is currently the sales manager for these regions. He is also an associate representative of the PCI board and multiple PCI regional boards. He is a PCI Foundation trustee and the chair of the PCI Membership Council. Todd loves team sports and nurtures numerous hobbies. His favorite teams are the Chicago White Sox, Bears, Blackhawks, Cubs and Bulls, in that order. Little known fact is that he runs a weekly podcast called Zen Parenting Radio with his wife. On weekends, Todd spends time with his family, paddle boards on lake Michigan, practices yoga, and loves to play basketball and pickleball.
Billy Jolly
Sales Manager - Southeast & Southwest regionsBilly started at JVI October 18th, 1998 and is currently our Sales Manager for the Southeast and Southwest regions. Most people don't know Billy's an artist! His favorite sports teams are the New England Patriots, Atlanta Braves Baseball, The Citadel Bulldogs, and Clemson Tigers. Above all else, he loves Tiger Woods and the game of Golf. Billy lives on Lake Cooley and loves spending time there with his family.
A.J. Sassaman
Sales Manager - North East & CanadaA.J has been JVI‘s Sales manager for North East and Canada since April 2015. He is the youngest of four children and enjoys watching sprint cars and did race 3 years in the early 2000’s. He loves the Miami Dolphins, golfing and is a huge fan of the band Kiss. His weekends are mostly reserved for spending time with his beautiful wife Lori, daughter Brynlee, and their dog Shandi.
Danny Solis
Inside SalesDanny has been part of our Inside Sales team since 2000. He loves to travel and find adventure where and when he can. He loves "Da Bears" and the Chicago Cubs. He claims, rightfully, Micheal Jordan to be the undisputed, all-time best. Family gets his full love and attention on weekends, with the exception of 17 Sundays a year, when Fantasy football becomes his love affair!
Kris Walk-Faust
Inside Sales & Purchasing ManagerIn 2007, Kris started working in JVI‘s warehouse where he was responsible for shipping, receiving, assembly and production. He currently does purchasing and inventory control as well as Inside Sales where he assists customers with questions, quotes, requests and purchase orders. Kris is a problem solver, working 2-3 jobs at a time. He loves to build and race cars and motorcycles. He‘s a huge Cubs fan and enjoys skydiving, shooting and traveling. The rare moments when he‘s not working are reserved for his wife and family.
Ronald Brcka
Production SupervisorRonald started working with JVI in 1994 and currently runs our manufacturing operations as Production Manager. Ronald likes history, and in his free time, enjoys fishing and gambling. His favorite teams are the Chicago Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks. He loves to relax and have few frosty brews when he can.
Edward Stibbs
Facility and shipping supervisorEdward started at JVI in 1981 and is currently our Shipping Manager in charge of freight carriers. He is a film enthusiast, "having seen more movies than most people will ever watch", as he puts it. With the exception of the Cubs, he‘s a fan of every Chicago team. On the weekends, he likes to walk his dog and, as you might have guessed, go to the movies!
Jazmin Bravo
Administrative associateJazmin has been our Administrative associate since November 17, 2014. She has had the opportunity to work along side two of her siblings at more than one family owned business. She‘s a huge fan of Michael Jordan, the Chicago Bulls and the game of basketball in general. Her family means everything to her, and she dedicates her weekends and free time to them.
Brenda Maldonado
Administrative AssociateBrenda is one of our newest members to the JVI family. She was hired March 15th, 2017 as an Administrative Assistant. As a hobby, she bakes and loves to create specialty cakes for her friends and family. Her favorite sports teams are the Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks, Bears and Bulls. She likes running and enters races at least once or twice a year. Her weekends are mainly reserved for spending time with her family and friends.
