When you are looking for a partner to help design-build your next building, we are ready to assist you from concept to completion.  Our in-house process starts with a talented and tenured sales team that can quickly run a budget and sketch of your ideas.  Once the building layout is decided, the project can move to our design and engineering team to produce blueprints for the project.  From there the drafting team produces piece tickets for our metal fabrication shop and carpenter shop to prepare the materials that go into producing the panels, including the option to pre-install windows in the panels at the plant.

During the design and engineering phase, a dedicated sales lead works directly with the owner and architect to pick colors and finishes for the exterior architectural appearance.  Samples are produced and available for approval showing the actual finish(es).  Then, while the panels are being poured in our plants, the field manager coordinates with the contractor to discuss sequence and direction in order to accommodate the job site conditions.  Our own seasoned construction crews handle the onsite erection to your satisfaction.  Wells owns a fleet of six large crawler cranes and provides our own operators to set the panels with our experienced in-house supervisor, laborers, welders, and caulkers.
